Neighborhoods South of Winding Way in Fair Oaks Are Special.

Winding Way, well, it winds.  A lot!  The reason is, it has to wind around the hills, ravines and creekbeds that are winding their own way to the American River to the south.  St neighborhoods that have developed in the area betwen Winding Way and the river have garnered a special love by Fair Oaksians.  Why?  They are eclectic.  No sidewalks.  A bit rural. And many have walking access to the natural areas of Sailor Bar and the American River bluffs.
